Depends where you are in the world, you'll have to check your own country's laws...

I don't see any real reason why, if you got a good idea, why you should benefit from it, in one way or another, well if you know, or have an idea how to get started,  you got to have some kinda plan / know what you are doing, and take it from there, etc, etc, etc...
