  2. I think the premium is for them to open 24 hours for you for your convenient

    just lioke thoe convenient stall, they usually charge a premium over the goods compare those normal super mart

    becuase they need a staf to stay over night, the elelctricity and running cost

    if you want you can go to the nearest government clinic but most properly it is not too convenient where you will pay for ca fare and the time taken
