  1. yea. but its up to you to just go the speed limit. they like to sit on off-ramps, bidges, basically anything where most of the car is hidden to try and catch you. remember they got to meet a quota so they gotta do what it takes. get a radar detector.

  2. As long as his Vehicle is not a traffic hazard, you bet. Great way to get speeders. Slow down and nothing to worry about.

  3. no, its illegal for EVERYONE to park facing the wrong direction on the road. tell them to move or call a tow truck if they refuse. its a hazard to other road users.

  4. They can sit wherever they please.

Why you worried about it? Did they catch you?

  5. YES DEFINITELY, it is considered to be illegal and out of line as an officer of the law he should be doing things by the book. WHAT IS THE REASON OFFICERS SIT ON THE SHOULDER OF THE ROAD FACING TRAFFIC unless he got something else on his mind, to mulct money from these vehicles?

  6. Cops can do whatever they want because they will get away with it due to the fact that they are practically above the law.  It's almost like they're mobsters.  Even when their actions are caught on video, the punishment is minimal, then he/she is out to get YOU.
