bazookas, rocket launchers like the RPG, or a grenade launcher, are these weapons classified under the NFA?

if so, can a civilian get approval from ATF to buy one? are there restrictions on where you can fire one, like say, my own backyard, or shooting one into the sky?? only answer if you are knowledgable about gun laws.

  1. LMAO, those are probably illegal to everyone except military personnel. What if you accidentally blow someones house up?

  2. Bazooka costs about 2 cents each; and the comics are actually quite good, although they may not sell them anymore since kids got too many detentions for chewing gum in school.

  3. I have seen an RPG-7 in legal circulation and yes they are classified under the National Firearms Act as a destructive device. Same thing goes with grenade launchers, but those are more common. The only downfall to these weapons is that you have to go through the same process you went through in order to purchase the destructive device all over again for each grenade or RPG that you buy plus a $200 tax every single time. Practice grenades are easily avaliable though. www.autoweapons.com usually has at least some grenade launchers in stock and their website explains the whole process to buy NFA weapons.
