  1. I don't no ask a officer but don't try the beer before you get all the facts

  2. non alcoholic beer still has a percentage of alcohol in it, so I would assume that you can't drink it.

  3. That would all depend on what state you live in. Contrary to popular belief there is no national drinking law(s) in the US.

Each state sets its own regulation. Some may permit it... some may not. My recommendation would be to check out this Alcohol Policy page:

    http://alcoholpolicy.niaaa.nih.gov/index...

    -OR-

Find the webpage for your local liquor control board...

  4. Yes i do all the time in Texas. It is legal in ALL states to purchase and consume except Pennsylvania and does not fall under ANY type of alcohol laws in any state(except Pennsylvania). However stores and resturants do have the right not to sell ANYTHING to ANYONE. Trust me ive read up.

  5. in some states in America you have to be 18 to buy non alcoholic beverages

    but im sure its legal

it can only be classed as non alcoholic if it has less than 0.5% in

  6. i think so

  7. YES!  I learned this while bartending and this kid's mom tried to order him an O'Doul's, telling me "He buys it all the time at the grocery store."  (Why would you be conditioning your 12-year-old kid to drink beer anyway?)

Anyway, O'Doul's is approximately 0.4% alcohol by volume, whereas most beer is at least 4% by volume (up to 8 or 9% depending on the beer).  So while it doesn't compare to the amount of alcohol in regular beer, it still has alcohol in it and is thus illegal to serve/sell to minors.

Luckily, I cleared that with my manager before I served this kid.
