Is it legal for the cleaners that i work at not to have any AC?

I work at a California Cleaners and it doesnt use AC among many other things it doesnt use like good customer service and quality cleaning.

BUT it gets really hot in there especially now in the summer and they never use the AC i dunno isnt that against the rules or something people are burning up in there.

There is no requirement, but if you feel the working conditions are legitimately unsafe, file a complaint through OSHA.  I did this where I used to work and the hazardous condition (spraying noxious chemicals without ventilation or respirators) was gone within a week.

There is no law that requires them to have A/C.  Hopefully there are some fans close by.
