I assume you mean is it legal for you and your boyfriend to engage in sexual relations.  And the quick answer to your question is "Yes."

Basically there is no law in Florida that makes sexual relations  between you and your boyfriend illegal-- that is as long as your boyfriend isn't also a close blood relative or an institutional or domestic custodian of you.  Of course, there are also no laws that make your non-sexual association with him illegal either.

Remember, this doesn't apply to people who care for you in an institutional or domestic capacity.  They would have to wait until you were 18 before they could have legal sexual relations with you.
