Is it legal to Sell Lemonade in Malden/Melrose, Massachusetts?

I would like to sell lemons at the park and I'm afraid cops or food inspectors will close the stand down. I also ask what is the profits if the lemons can be bought 4lemons for $1-2lemons for $1 also does limes work? and tell me how to make good profit every day. PS...BTW almost everyone in Melrose or Malden is rich

If you are a little kid and set your stand up outside your house, the cops would probably look the other way.  They definitely won't let you sell anything at a park or any other public place.  You could get a hefty fine.
