Is it legal to attempt to dislodge someone else's wedgie?

I frequently see people with wedgies and they appear not to even notice that they have one. It drives me nuts. It's like seeing a crooked picture on the wall. You just have to straighten it out...right?

HAHA! i've had the same thought, i would feel sorry for the person *especially if they are doing the walk* and i would want to help them but don't do it because people sue too often, if they don't do it them selves then they are apparently too embarrassed to do it around people and it would be no better if someone else does it.
