ex. min. wage is 7.25 and you have 6 calls at .75 that total up to 4.50, should this be rounded up to 7.25.

  1. If you agree to a job that pays you by call, it is your job and responsibility to make sure you take enough calls to make it worth your time. You probably signed some kind of agreement when you were hired, and if they aren't rounding up, they don't have to.

  2. What kind of calls are these???

If you're supposed to be making calls, I'll bet you're supposed to make more than 1 every 10 minutes.

  3. You have to be paid minimum wage, period.
