  1. I don't think it is illegal.  But, I'm sure they can kick you out for drinking irresponsibly.

  2. It's not illegal, but many establishments might frown on it. Most bars ask that their patrons use only the containers provided by the bar, and unless you are familiar with the owners or bartenders, you probably will be asked to refrain from using it.

  3. No - it's not illegal.

  4. I dont think so...

But the owner of that bar is responsible for your safety...so I can see where they could say get out.

After all you are on private property...might be open to the public but owner has right to refuse business to you.

Honestly...do you want to pay all that money at a bar to bong it?  Keep it at home and by a case.

  5. It isn't illegal but a privately owned establishment can "Ban" them or eject you from the bar for using one.

It is a SAFETY and liability issue.

    1. Most private establishments only allow the use of drink containers that THEY provide because THEY know they are not contaminated by dirt and germs. If you bring your own beer-bong and it is dirty from the last month of use and never washed and you get sick, you MIGHT claim that it was THEIR food/drink that made you sick.

    2. They are legally responsible for your intoxication levels. Beer-Bongs get you wasted quick... If you get blitzed and get in an accident on the way home THEY can be sued for over-serving you and your stupid actions once you leave their property.

    3. It is TACKY. It detracts from the atmosphere of the establishment if you and your friends act retarded. They would rather p**s YOU off then have you make a scene and convince 20+ people that their bar is not the type of place they want to spend their money at.

  6. It's not illegal but it is rather tacky.

  7. I'm pretty sure they would frown on that. I don't know if it's legal or not, but I'm willing to bet they won't let you in the door with it.
