Is it legal to bring diesel fuel from mexico for agriculture use?

Probably depends how much are you looking to bring over a tanker? Maybe if that is your case you would have to pay some taxes at customs. But I wold not think it is illegal. Just filter some used veggie oil and you will be fine as long as the temperature is above 70 degrees F and in summer you can also run up to 50% used motor oil in you fuel with no problem. Diesel engines were fist ran on Peaunut oil, by the guy who invented them, Ruldolf Diesel.

Diesel fuel from Mexico "clean" enough to pass pollution standards imposed by the US. So importing diesel from Mexico to use in the US would not be legal.

We, in México are told that since there is not sufficient capacity to refine diessel fuel and gasoline, these are imported from the United States.

I do not know if ity is legal to import it to the States from México, but it is certanly an absurd!
