you cant bring it on the checked luggages but on the carry on luggage i think you can have snacks

you can bring food as long as its packaged. you can't bring fruit/veggies/meat/plants/opened spices etc. anything that has the potential to carry bugs or living organisms is a no. but if you have a bag of potato chips, granola bars, chocolate, cereal stuff like that which is made and sealed in a factory then you are ok!
