Is it legal to bring marijuana seeds onto a plane and back into Canada from Amsterdam?

cannabis seeds are only illegal if their intention is for an illegal purpose. if you were just keeping it as a specimine to put behind glass, it's completely legal, the problem would be arguing that you wanted a specifically live seed. it cannot be said to be for consumption, or for propogation though, unless you claim it under medicinal or some sort of charter freedom (religious reasons are still currently being fought for in court, wish us luck!).
