Is it legal to buy dvd movies @ wallmart and rent them to the public for profit?

You can rent out DVDs you buy at Walmart. There is not such thing as a rental DVD license. Ask any DVD rental business and they will tell you the same thing. You can not make copies of it and rent those out but you can rent out the copy that you bought.
