no dont they will search you..they detained me 6 hours for antidepressants I had a script for..my name was on the bottle and my address and my liscense matched ..the usa is anal about that

To be quite honest, the amount of codeine in each pill (8mg.) PLUS all the caffeine makes the whole effort a waste of time.

I don't bother with Tylenol #1, but I am sure you could buy it and keep in plane view of your suitcase and just plead ignorance if they see it, if you try to hide it then you can't plead ignorance, so you got a headache and got some medicine, oops.
