  1. In Spain it's legal, and I suppose that in France it should be legal too, because here come a lot of french people with bycicles over the car...


  2. I live in Spain and I see many using these as cycling is very big over here, so long as its a properly fitted one and the cycles are secure, you should have no problem whatsoever
