I'm not just asking whether it's legal to have the word *printed* on a bumper sticker (because some folks buy bumper stickers but never actually put them on their vehicles).

Specifically, I want to know whether it's legal to have the bumper sticker displayed on a car.

  1. Yes, its perfectly legal.

If it wasnt it would be a violation of your rights as an american.

Ever heard of Freedom of Speech?

  2. It's legal.

  3. as you have it spelled-i don't think so.spelled as it should be-most likely-some states have  laws concerning profanity in public or profanity on vehicles where children might read it.check in your state.......

  4. The correct answer is "yes", it is perfectly legal but you are inviting the police to stop and not for the sticker, just to hassle you.

  5. The First Amendment (in the U.S., of course) protects the right to display such bumper stickers, unless the sticker meets the legal definition of obscenity or constitutes fighting words, which is a VERY rare occurance. But a FEW states do in fact prohibit obscene or offensive bumper stickers.

  6. ever heard of its legal? perfectly legal? My point is.........ITS LEGAL.
