I do and have gotten paid by doing others' college homework for them, from logging on and completing maths to writing papers. Legally, if they get caught for hiring me, do I get in trouble as well? (No, I'm not asking if it is MORALLY right.)

  1. It's not illegal for you do it. It's not illegal for them to use it, it's usually against school ethics rules, they may get suspended. You should use a disclaimer like other crib sheet sites.

  2. Its not illegal

And its only MORALLY wrong for the person who pays you to do it. The student is the one who will get the wrap for it if teachers find out, and police wont be involved.

  3. no, there is no law against it. the only possibility is if you attend the same institution. if they got caught and gave you up then the school could take its own sanctions against you.

  4. I'm not going to stand on a stack of bibles and swear too it, but I don't think that you would go jail unless you are breaking a privacy law or some sort of clause that prohibits against this stating the right to prosecute, if someone tried to slide it in under hacking for being on their site...  If you attend that college they could probably expel you.

  5. naw its not illegal but its not right either
