  1. if the carpool lane rules are 2+ people then yes. There isn't an age or size restriction. The 2 occupants just have to be human.


  2. There was another person here saying that she got pulled over many times while driving her baby (but never got a ticket).  She was looking for some sticker (about the baby) so she doesn't get pulled over so often.

    But I would think that, that depends on your LOCAL law.

  3. Depends who's drivi-- Wait.  That's a serious question.  Yes, baby counts as as second passenger, as long as it's been born.  Unborn babies don't count.

  7. of course it is! a baby is still a person, and you can ride in a carpool lane if you have a passanger - whether they're 5 days, 5 years or 50 years old.
