  1. It's legal to film anyone in a public place.

  2. I don't see why not. The Cops film you when they pull you over without asking permission.

  3. Yes it is legal

but they wont be too happy

  4. Yes, in fact in St. Louis, Missouri, the ACLU has given video cameras out to residents of a certain part of town in order to film the cops during police actions.  They hope to get officers on tape violating civil rights.  The cameras have been in place for over a year now, with no violations reported.  Seems that people like to claim all cops break the laws all the time, but in reality it is just a few bad cops.

  5. yeah those boys who skateboard in baltimore did it and it was all over the news

  6. Look up "Rodney King".

  7. It is not illegal to film anyone breaking the law, its the same as those who operate cctv on the streets, you break the law if you use the film to blackmail or commit any other unlawful act in the use of said film. I say more power to the man its about time these and any other public servant who abuse their position were outed charged and removed from their jobs

  8. yes u can do what u wont but they'll kick u out or prob breajk ur camera. but it is illgeazl if it deals with some ones medical issues. for example if there a accident

  9. Yes.
