Yes, you can, if you get a permit.

All birds are omnivores.  All birds eat fruits, seeds and small animals such as worms, insects and some even eat small rodents.

Have you ever tried to "google" the Wikipedia site?  You can write in "Wikipedia Toucan" into your search engine, and you probablly will find all sorts of information that you are looking for.

well they eat  meat, and u have to get them from exotic petstores and you need a permit and its kind of expensive

Though - if you're truly thinking about purchasing one you need to do some serious research first since you're clearly unfamiliar with their dietary requirements.

They're primarily fruit eaters, but they eat a varied diet including pellets and some insects.

They need to be housed in a large aviary which would allow free flight.

If they are hand-raised they can be quite tame, and they're very comical - but they require a lot of work, they have extremely messy droppings, and they are VERY expensive (both upfront and maintenance wise, since they need fresh fruit on a daily basis).

its legal but you have to have a permit, it would be expensive, and it would be hard to find one. also the food would probably be expensive.
