  1. It may or may not be illegal in your state, but it would certainly be cruel.  She'll scratch them right out of her ears in no time, and tear her ears to pieces.

You should be careful painting her toes, too... some nail polishes have very toxic ingredients.

  2. Why stop at the ears? Why not a nipple? Also, if your dog is a bit porky, you might want to consider a tummy tuck, or larger b*****s. Perhaps your dog would like to have his/her name shaved into the back of his/her head, or a nice tattoo, or even tinted contact lenses.

IT'S A PET! IT TRUSTS YOU NOT TO HURT IT, TO TAKE CARE OF IT! IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG, THEN DON'T BE SO STUPID!

  3. I don't think its against the law, but I wouldn't because that is like torture to the dog

  4. Don't be so bl00dy stupit. It is a dog not a rag doll. Leave your dogs ears alone and grow up for heavens sake.

  5. I don't think so but remember a dog will scratch it's ears with it's claws so would probably pull the ear ring out.... and that would really hurt your dog.

You might consider getting a doll instead!

  6. Um, how old are you? I don't think you are mature enough to own a pet.

Piercing a dog's ears would be cruelty, and thus illegal in most places.

I suggest you get a doll  if you want to play dress up. A dog is a living creature that feels pain, just like you do, she isn't a toy.

I really hope you are just lying to get a big reaction!

  7. OH MY GOSH!!! SHE IS A DOG YOU FREAK!! I feel so sorry for your dog... sounds like you need a doll not a dog.

  8. i feel sorry for your dog.

Im sure it looks ridiculous enough already.

  9. i don't know if it's legal... but it's kind of cruel don't you think? and also, seeing as dogs roll in all sorts of things, the ears but start to get infected or bleed

  10. How awful! Do you have any idea how much that will hurt her? Not only will it hurt, but she'll constantly scratch at them and probably tear them out. Get a DOLL, for gods sake. I feel so bad for your dog.

  11. no but its pretty stupid. why would you want to do that? get some clip ons. i feel really sorry for your dog...

  12. I don't think so but it will hurt like h**l

  13. Dogs are not fashion accessories! They are not meant to be dressed up, have their toenails painted, or have their ears pierced. Piercing their ears is a totally insane idea! It's not only painful but it's stupid and unnecessary! Leave the poor dog alone. They don't like being dressed up and accessorized like that anyway!

  14. I'm pretty sure that's animal cruelty, considering that she would probably end up pulling them out and hurting herself. Get a doll if you want to do stuff like that.

  15. I HOPE SHE BITES YOU SO HARD YOU NEED STICHES

  16. Why in the world would you do that? Get a Barbie doll.

  17. i hope its against the law she could catch the earrings on something and tear her ear also if she bites the paint off her toes that is poison to her

  18. I think doing this is a really bad idea.  Your dog could scratch the earrings out or even catch the earring on something and rip it out.  This would cause extreme damage to her ears.

Also, I imagine having a dogs ears pierced would hurt a great deal.  I don't understand the need to dress your dog up and paint her nails.  Is fingernail polish good for dogs?  Does she l**k or bite the polish off?  I would ask the vet about the nail polish.

  19. I really hope you are kidding...

Just in case you are not, a dog's ears are used much more than humans.  There is a lot more chance for ear infection and cartilidge tears than in humans.  Both of which is not only extremely painful for your dog, but will cost a significant amount of money to address.

Also, dogs have a lot more nerve endings in their ears than you have in yours.  If you love your dog rather than just the idea of having a doll, remember, it is a living, feeling animal that does not deserve pain to be inflicted just for your own enjoyment!

  20. That's cruel! Don't paint her toe-nails! She probably hates that! Pircing her ears!?! That's very stupid, and the dog won't even have a choice! Any whoo, it might be, but it would hurt your dog, and for no good reason.

  21. Could  cause a major infection   dont do it

  22. If it's not it should be...don't do that it's cruel.

  23. I cannot believe what I'm seeing here!!  Even if it's not against the law - it's a totally stupid idea that borders on inhumane.  Why on earth would you want to do such a horrible, painful thing to your dog?  Hellooooo...she's a DOG!!!  Stop dressing her up like a baby - she's a DOG!!  Try throwing a frisbee or a ball or a stick.  Let her be a DOG!!!

  24. It probably is legal but I wouldn't do that to my dog.  Do you know how much that would hurt for a dog?  Please think it over twice ;]?

  25. That is animal cruelty and people can report you if you do it. Why would you do it? Think about how your dog would feel!

  26. never heard that it isn't, but its really sort of stupid. Your dog doesn't care what she looks like, and there's a chance that the earing could get caught on something and rip out, causing more pain. She's a living creature, not a barbie doll, don't use her as accessory.

  27. Yes, it's called animal cruelty. Your dog doesn't want her ears pierced. If you care about her, you wouldn't cause her unnecessary pain.

  28. I doubt if it's illegal, but it's kinda stupid. Her claws can catch on the earrings when she scratches and could hurt her. I like dressing up my dog too, and I think he likes it because he prances and struts around the house when he's wearing a scarf or new collar, so I'm not gonna hate like some other people on here. But can you try clip-ons instead?

  29. I am not sure about the legalities, but I do kow it can cause a bad infection.. Shepherds have rather thick fur, and bacteria can build up, and get into the new piercing hole.

I would not do it, if I were you... When I was a little girl, I wanted to do the same thing with my poodle! lol I use to dress her up, too, paint her "nails".. lol But, thinking back on it, i'm glad I didn't put her through the pain of having her ears pierced.
