Is it legal to give away Heparin flushes?

Question

My husband recently had IV antibiotics. They sent way too many flushes both heparin and saline and I don't want to just throw them away, but also don't want to get in trouble for distributing drugs. There are no needles.

I would see about taking them back to the hospital or DR office..They can dispose of them properly. I'm pretty sure it is not legal to distribute it.
