Is it legal to go naked out side in your own back yard and tan in Utah?

I'm all for being nude, but if your in any type of public view illegal or not, its just not right. You need to think about the children in the area and respect the neighbours.

    If possible try and setup a little structure with walls that would protect your disgusting balls from gracing the eyes of children and stray cats.

no, but it is legal to lay down nude in the middlw of the road in utah. try that one instead

It's no different if it's in Utah!  It's indecent exposure, and it would be kind of awkward to be arrested naked...
