    I know of offices that act as the registered address for literally dozens of companies.

  4. Yes it is legal.  Many companies share a business address to cut costs.  And many times one person or company owns both businesses.  And yes, it is legal even if one is a bar.

  7. Absolutely legal, so long as you are not using the all-one-address thing in an attempt to defraud either company's creditors.

  8. Yes but it is smart to specify "suite" (room) A or B. Not only will it differentiate the Businesses but make it look more professional.
