Is it legal to have a car wash?

Like in my neighborhood. I'm 15, w/ my friend. For like 5 dollars. You won't get fined or anything, right?

dont do it, in most provinces its against the institution 503 of parliament, "though must have a license to cleanse any automotive vehicle". if you get caught it can be up to 3 months in prison (but more likely a $4000 fine)

I believe it's legal so far as you don't 'charge' for it, but rely on 'tips'
