Well, if it is type of fox native to Ohio...no. Call your local fish and game office if it's possible to keep a non native fox as a pet, these laws vary state to state.

Um, bad idea though. There's a reason why foxes and all sorts of animals aren't kept as pets...they can't be domesticated. Your fox would be a terribly terribly unhappy caged animal at best. At best. Get a dog. :)

I don't think it is a good Idea to have a wild animal.  They eat other small animals like rabbits, chickens, moles, etc. If you have a few make a hat. LOL
