It is about like having a Confederate flag.  Many people consider it offensive, but it is not illegal.

If you are not a n**i, then why fly something so offensive?  Do you know the story of the Swastika?  This symbol, misappropriated by Hitler, is an ancient symbol of the Sun.  It is sacred to Hindus and to Buddhists.  

When Hitler unveiled his "n**i Flag" the Brahmans (priests) of India cursed him saying that because he stole such a sacred symbol to use for such nefarious purposes that God would bring him and his empire to ruin.  Seems they were right.  

I'm kinda superstitious so if I were you I would avoid flying it.  It didn't do the n***s a d**n bit of good, did it?

n**i regalia of any sort is illegal to display publicly in Germany.  In my country (Canada) it might be considered a hate crime.  In the US, who knows?  You Americans seem to believe that 'freedom of expression" is absolute regardless of how obscene, offensive, or egregious that expression happens to be.
