Is it legal to have an evening party on the beach in Portsmouth, UK?

Twenty of my friends and I want to have a party on the beach in Portsmouth, UK, at night. We want to play music and make a fire, is this allowed? Also would we be allowed to continue untill late night, early morning?

I want someone who knows specific rules for the beaches in Portsmouth to answer this question, as I do not want to do anything against the law.
