Is it legal to kill an annoying species that overpopulates the city you live in?

Its seems as though there are alot of pigs where I live. They are annoying as h**l and they seem to mostly come out on the weekends. If I kill them, can I usually get a deli or meat butcher to buy 'em from me?

No unfortunately, because then they'd have to let me loose at all those chavs and bright orange teenagers infesting my area.

Are they wild or do people own them?? If they are wild and just running around, you could get in touch with the local council and ask if its legal. I wouldnt think that the butcher would buy them from you because of diseases, but i dont think there would be any harm in using it for personal use, just make sure you cook it good and freeze it properly.

you could have a pig ranch but if your looking for profit then i'm pretty sure they have to be alive and killed by the butcher since they have freezers for those things.

It's usually the local government that gets the final word on whether it's legal to kill certain animals in the area, unless its internationally considered an endangered species.

Of course, here in Australia, we're overrun by Snow Leopards, millions of them, they take over the pouches of kangaroos and kick out the babies. But will the society for endangered species let us do anything about it? No siree...
