  1. I found this information about legal ways to lease your car:  I would still be wary and be very careful because you do not know who the people you may lease it too.  There are so many things involved.  You can read this and go to the website I found and maybe others will have ideas. Personally,  I think it safer to just keep it since it is originally under your name.

Legal ways out of a car lease

Legal ways out of a car lease is something that many people need to do. Staying in an automotive lease for a long time is often a difficult proposition.  Reasons for a legal ways out of a car lease might include:

Having a change in your lifestyle can often warrant a change in your lease.  A newborn child on the way can mean you need to switch from a sports car to a minivan.  Or you may have changed jobs and need a vehicle that is more practical to drive long distances.  Whatever the reason, a change in lifestyle can necessitate a change in your lease.

Some people just like to drive new cars all the time!  The best way to get a great car cheap is to lease it.  However, the nature of leasing requires you to stay in your negotiated lease for a very long time.  Now you can drive a different LEASED car every year by simply allowing someone else to assume your lease and finding a new or short-term lease yourself.

People's financial circumstances change all the time.  Sometimes losing a job means that the high car payment you once had is no longer the best for you, and therefore you need to walk away from your current lease payment and find a more suitable lease.  Or you may have just gotten that promotion at work that allows you to get into a more luxurious car, but you are still stuck with the lease on your old car.  Whatever the case, breaking your lease to suit your new circumstances is a way out.

  2. yes . just draw up a legal document with terms conditions and warranties, exclusions and exit clauses

  3. yes it is legal to lease out my car as i won't be using it for a couple of month..

but not for too long only for 1 month or two thats it

  4. I would start with my insurance agent. You don't want to be held responsible for anything another driver may do in your car.

  5. it is legal..but you must go to your insurance company and add that person on your policy,or if they get into a wreck then lie and say they were only borrowing it for that day.. and they also must have insurance..unless you live in a state that does not require insurance...

  6. well i would think yes ...... but you had better check with your insurance company and see if your policy will cover others that drive it that's the all important question , I would think that the driving record of the person using your car would matter also you need to call your insurance company and ask who would be liable for costs they may not cover if its not you driving
