Is it legal to make dolls of video game characters and sell them?

Is it legal? because i don't want to get arrested!

Like character from Square Enix and then sell them

on the internet?

no because the creators of the video game own the rights to it. so you'd definitely get in trouble

yes due to copy rights of the game it self  you can get in trouble over it

its legal as long as the cops don't find out.....i don't think its illegal, i guess it is copy writing  their character but what cop plays video games and knows what that doll is?

as long as the company that owns the patent to the character doesn't find out then you probably wont get in trouble!

All you have to do is change their name. Then it's not.
