  2. Vote for Obama. He will unionize your employment and you can the hours down without risk of losing your job. You'll also get a raise and mandatory employer sponsored health insurance. Then again you'll lose your job when they relocate overseas.

  4. Oh!  Now it's 14 hrs instead of 1!!  It depends on your age.  If you are an adult, as long as you are getting paid, yes, it's legal.  If you work more than 40 hours in one week, it must be overtime.
