  1. Everyone in the car is required to wear a seat belt. Being 18 means you will get the ticket not the driver.  


  2. seat belts should be on in any part of the car for maximum safety...especially with children ...and just stay safe...life is too short already dont make it shorter.....i have heard and know of too many sad stories...so buckle UP!!!

  5. it varies state by state and i am not familiar with CA law.  in some states people over 16 or 18 in the back don't need them.
