Is it legal to post an ad seeking a credit partner?

Hi, I was wondering if it is legal to post an ad seeking a credit partner in a local classified service. I am currently seeking an active or passive credit partner. All the person would need to do is put up their credit for a corporate line of credit, and I would take care of the rest. I was just wondering what the legalities about posting on a classifieds service are, if any?

That's a pretty big risk, you should spend more time rectifying your situation instead of riding someone else's shoulders.
