Is it legal to post fliers on the poles, trees, etc.

Do you have to get permissions and stuff like that?

I'm planning on posting fliers of CashCrate link so I could get credit

for it, it says on the website posting fliers is one way to get referrals,

but I'm just making sure if it's legal.

  1. You need a flyer posting permit in most cities and you won't be allowed to post on painted surfaces or in parts of public parks that are not designated for public postings. If you want to post to a private building, you have to get the building owner's permission. You can pretty much forget about trees and phone polls, which are illegal to post to just about everywhere.
