Is it legal to ride a dirt bike on the side of the road in pa?

logical is right, but its not legal here in PA. I mean if you live in the country (like me) you can, but other than that stay off main roads.

Only if you have insurance and lic. plates.....and then you have to have a min. power motor on that bike to ride on the road......otherwise, without a lic. and insurance you can have your bike impounded and receive a fine for riding between any fences along the roadway (in the ditch)
