  2. just make sure you don't use something illegal. like a bald eagle feather. I've seen the sell bushs face on toilet paper. if you use the word replica they can't do much because of artist freedoms

  4. It depends - what do you mean by "promote"? Are you raising money for their campaign? You need a tax number from your state. You have to report all income on a sales tax form and also on your income tax. Then you have to get a receipt for your donation to their campaign. You can't give more than $2300.00 per election.

    If you are just selling items for your own profit with their name and image on it, you can do it with a presidential candidate because they are considered to be in the public domain. But if you try it with a local candidate, they may challenge you even if it's a positive image.
