Is it legal to sell replica swords in california ?

I'm intending to bring swords from china to USA to sell them by the internet as collectibles.

They are real size and iron/steel made. So they can be considered as a weapon.

Can i sell them like any other item? or do i have to get some special permit?

Yes, you can sell them. Thousands already do. Attend any gun show or Flea market and you'll see hundreds. I've even got a couple for sale. Took them in on trade last week.
