yes, i buy  my vs system and Yugioh cards of the net.  they all come threw the mail, doesn't matter how rare the card is. but they do come in card cases cause the cards can get damaged it the mail. so make sure you have card cases or something to protect them with.

well yeah. just make sure they are in a case(s) so that they do not get damaged. also add bubble wrap to help not damage the card(s).

I think u can.As long as it's not a card that's really rare, it has a price!I got my Naruto cards through mail.It works!to be really careful,ask your parents and then use those card sleeves,u know, those card protecters,so they're sealed.
