Is it legal to serve wine to your customers?

at a retail business?? The alcohol is served indoors and is givin away, not sold. I have not been able to find anything on this online.

Check with a local attorney ... there are liquor laws to abide to, and you still can't serve under-age customers, even if you are able to serve other customers per your local laws   ...  you also need to be aware of the repercussions if one of your customers drinks and then causes an accident on the way home

Check the laws in your City Code, but most cities require you to have a liquor license if you're going to serve alcohol, whether it's for sale or free.

I used to work at a Mexican restaurant, and we gave away free margaritas during lunch. It is legal here (Philadelphia) as long as you don't advertise it (word of mouth only) and you give it away for free. I would definitely double check with a lawyer though.

If you are hosting a private party for your customers inside your business establishment you should be fine. As long as you don't charge for the dinner or drinks.

If however, you have a business that requires you to have a liqueur license you must abide by the regulation level of your  license.

you probably have to have a license to sell alcohol in your city limits- you may want to check with your city
