  1. Yes and No.  A non-licensed person who is perhaps employed by the condo developer or a real estate firm CAN show the property, but cannot answer any questions relative to the condo, or to its possible sale.  In other words, they can let buyers in and allow them to browse around, and hand them an agency prepared data sheet. That's the extent of it.
