Is it legal to sing naked (with only ONE sock on) in front of thousands in germany?

no, i dont want to do it personally but, er, i just saw this youtube video of the red hot chilli peppers in Germany, and they only wore one sock and a guitar (if that)... um, is that legal? did they sing the whole concert like that? or just the last song? er, i guess it must be legal if no one stopped them, the concert wasnt at a nudist camp or anything.....?

you can swim nacked in the isar river in the centre of munich. it is legal. nobody cares.

having one or two socks on makes NO difference ! the venue where the concert was held becomes  (promotor hires the stadium, concert hall etc.) private property. on private property you do what you like to do ! its only obseen to stand there naked with a hard on.

It'd be a bit different if you'd you that on a public street. Not that you'd get arrested, the police would simply take you off the street and send you home - with some clothes on.

Wow, you're really prude!  So long as the audience weren't offended and there were no complaints, it's perfectly legal.  The audience had paid to see the band after all - maybe they just saw a little more of them than expected ha ha

I know it is legel in Germany to be half naked on the TV but do not swear Like F* word or some thing like that . but what they have done I guess it is not legel at all. but tell me do they had woman to take a look !!!!

If it is inside and minors under 18 are banned --- it is legal.

ps: If you want to see more than just a nude guy with a sock -- you have to come to Reeperbahn. But  asure yourself what show you book. There are also classical concerts.

It's legal on a concert because it's not in the public!

A concert is a performance and you need tickets for it...then it's allowed to be naked...but don't try that on the street!;-)
