Is it legal to smoke marijuana on the grounds of the Nertherlands embassy?

Good question... the boring answer is that it isn't legal in the Netherlands anyway; it is just that prosecution for use is, in practice, impossible because there are legal precedents based on an area of Dutch law which accepts police "turning a blind eye" in general as a defense for individual users.

hahahahahah, you are so amazing!!!!  I hope Dutch Embassy is a non smoking environment. If you are a citizen of the US you have to follow American law. Give up with this, there are so many things to do in this life....Right now, for example, seven million people in the entire world are doing s*x, and you are reading this and dreaming about marijuana!!!

Its my understanding that marijuana isn't necessarily legal there - just "tolerated" ...

However, if your anywhere in the US and a citizen - it wouldn't be legal I'm sure
