  1. Dude, who the h**l would rat on you out there in the wilderness?

Also, it's Cali. Go for it.

Be careful about altitude sickness though, toking up sure didn't help mine any.

  2. i'm 99% sure you're allowed to toke up wherever people are allowed to smoke cigarettes. the doctor who i got my recommendation from told me i could even smoke while driving (though, you know, it's not recommended).

  3. California law allows medical marijuana use with a doctor's prescription. However any marijuana use violates federal law.

  4. All I know is that you sir are a champion.

  5. I don't know sometimes the fire restrictions are very harsh - that whole area is prone to fires. But I agree with most of the other people here - who is going to narc on you in the mountains?

  6. Even if the marijuana is legal you want to be very very careful when smoking on federal or state land.  Wild fire regulations are pretty strict about where you can smoke.  You may or may not get turned in but if you inadvertently start a wild fire you can be held liable for all of the damages plus the suppression costs.  Which on a big fire can run into millions of dollars.

  7. Who cares, you're smokin' green man. Live it up!

  8. dude want some growing tips? i'll be right by

  9. it's against federal law anywhere for any reason.  not that it matters.

  10. If you have a Rx why wouldn't you be allowed to?

  11. If you have your card on you, and you are in CA borders. You are fine.

If a friend of yours is partaking when you are caught.. well,

they can and will revoke your licence, give you a contributing/ distribution ticket.
