Is it legal to stick stickers around the streets/lamp posts etc?

i was watching rob and big and they stuck stickers everywhere calling it "street vending" for a street time or something..is that legal?

also, is it legal in chicago?

It is illegal, no matter what for or where. That's why they got "arrested". Had it been a real cop, they would have been booked.
