Is it legal to street perform outside a Mall?

I was just wondering because it seems like something I would do to get a little money.

If you're on the malls property its up to the owners or management of the mall and you should contact them before you start, considering it's their land. However since street performing is the kind of thing that draws a crowd which is good for business as long as it's not inappropriate, unsafe, or in a area need need for something like construction I wouldn't see why you wouldn't get permission.

Most likely it's simply not allowed. The most appropriate thing you could do is ask the management of the mall and see if they allow you to do so or not. If you want to earn some money, try getting a part-time job.
