you might feel uncomfortable the first time, but you get use to it...

Pehaps on certain beaches it is illegal, but as far as I know you can do it almost anywhere. I saw topless sunbathers on every beach I went to, so I am guessing it is either legal or not inforced.

The simple answer is no, as long as you are on a beach.

Most European and Mediterranean areas tend to be more relaxed about such things. In Italy you will find women from 4 to 80 on the beaches.  However it is considered extremely rude to pay to much unwanted attention to one person or another.

I think If you want to go topless then you can do it where ever you like but expect what you get. I would argue though lol

Yes, it is on most beaches. and even illegal things are legal in Italy lol and I can tell you since I live here.
