I want to know if I could legally make money, by buying PC games in Canada, and selling it to gamers in Europe, where the game hasnt yet released. (example) I buy Resident Evil 5 here, for $40 canadian, and sell it to the guy in England for 40 GBP. Making a profit of like $40 CDN. I hope this qstion is understandable

  1. They won't break down your door, but it is frowned-upon grey-market activity. There also used to be compatibility issues between different versions and different computers internationally, but I don't know if that's the case anymore.

To make a business out of it is to mess with the product's distributorships, in which case they might want to have a word with you. But other than that, you're basically fine for occasional sales.
